Being part of a community means being a good neighbor. Financial support is one way Symetra Financial helps, but at the heart of all our community-building activities is an enthusiastic commitment by employees to roll up our sleeves and participate as an involved partner.

A Symetra Community Champion is someone who has given a lifetime of volunteer service providing long benefits to the community. Learn more.

Our Adopt-A-Family Project gives every employee an opportunity to get involved in a holiday charity event that brings our efforts directly into the homes of needy families.

For the fourth year, Symetra will bring "A Little Bit of Home" to military personnel serving in Iraq and Afghanistan.
