Adopt-A-Family
Our Adopt-A-Family Project gives every employee an opportunity to get involved in a holiday charity event that brings our efforts directly into the homes of needy families. The families are brought to us by local organizations that work directly with the recipients. They know the personal needs of these families. With this project we try to represent the areas where our employees live so their communities benefit from their efforts.
This year we will be working with the following Washington organizations:
- Overlake Service League (Bellevue)
- Phoenix Housing Network (Pierce County)
- Spirit of Giving (King County)
- Pathways for Women – Snohomish County YWCA
- Big Brothers and Big Sisters (King and Pierce Counties)
Our goal is to enhance the holidays for 175 individuals. The ages of recipients run from 6 weeks to grandparents (as part of extended families under one roof). The individuals have provided wish lists that will help with the shopping. Many children ask for toys, books, games, clothes and the parents asks for clothes, household needs, kitchen items, etc. We also collect cash and gift card donations. The gifts will be collected and wrapped in time for delivery for the Holidays.

We even received some hand made cards from the little ones.
